Hi Bisous Beauty Bar clients! This has been a crazy and stressful time for everyone, especially small business owners. Please read our following guidelines below and please note that if/when the government gives us any updates and other restrictions, we will change and adjust everything accordingly. Safety first & good hair second! 

Masks: All employees and clients must wear a mask/face covering at all times. Face masks may be adjusted/moved on clients for certain threading/makeup services. 

Sanitary Measures: Hand sanitizer is placed around the salon for both employees and clients use. All tools, equipment, chairs, etc. will be wiped down with alcohol-based sanitizing spray in between every client. Each stylist will have their temperature taken each day to ensure that they do not have a fever. 

Payment: We strongly encourage you to keep a credit card on file by logging into your Meevo account and adding a card. This ensures contactless payment. When booking an appointment online, it will now ask you for a credit card. If you prefer to pay by a different card in person, or cash, we have sanitizer placed on the front desk for your use.

Capacity: Initially, we will only be having two stylists and two clients in the salon at a time. One client at a time will be allowed in the shampoo room. When receiving a hair service, clients will be more then 10 feet apart at all times.

Upon Arrival: Please stay in your car and do not come in until you receive a text message from one of our staff members letting you know that your service provider is ready for you. This ensures no one in our waiting area which results in less contact for you. Please make sure that your cell phone number is correct and up-to-date on our Meevo booking system. Once your service provider is ready, your temperature will be taken upon entry with a contactless thermometer. Anyone with a temperature above 100.4 will not allowed to have services performed. 

Courtesy: Please do not come into our salon if you feel sick, have a fever, or have been exposed to anyone who has been sick. Please also respect our cancellation policy. You MUST cancel within four hours of your appointment or your card on file will be charged. We have limited appointment availability. We respect your time and hope you will respect ours.

A message from the owner, Whitney: This pandemic has effected everyone. Our industry, especially, has been negatively impacted. Our appointment times are now longer to allow time for extreme sanitary precautions and our staff is very limited due to the effects of the pandemic. Some of your favorite stylists may be out due to lack of childcare, health precautions, etc. Please know that this is temporary but because of this, we have to shorten our hours to alleviate the work load. Please arrive on time for your appointments and if you have to cancel, please do so in advance so that we are able to fill that spot with someone else. We are doing everything we can to provide the same great service while still protecting you and ourselves. I can't thank you all enough for checking in throughout the past few months. I've been counting down the days until I can get my hands back in your hair and we're finally close. I look forward to seeing everyone and if there is anything I can do to make you feel more comfortable and safe, please let me know.
